At Sports Page Soccer Warehouse, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review the policy below.

Returns & Store Credit

We accept returns for store credit or exchange only within 20 days of the original purchase date.

We do not issue cash or credit card refunds.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and unworn

In original condition

In original packaging with all tags included

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, you may do so within the 20-day return window.

Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of processing.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may be marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Additionally, any items with customization, including name and number printing or patches, are considered final sale once processed.

Final Sale items cannot be returned for store credit, refund, or exchange.

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 business days of delivery.

We will review the issue and provide a replacement, exchange, or store credit when applicable.

Photos of the item and packaging may be required.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact Customer Support at hello@sportspagesoccer.com or via our Contact Us form
   
2. Provide your order number and reason for return or exchange
   
3. Our team will provide return instructions
   

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued within 5–10 business days.

You will receive confirmation once your return has been processed.

Store credit does not expire.

Additional Notes

Returns must be initiated within 20 days of purchase

Items returned in unsellable condition may be rejected

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet policy requirements
