At Sports Page Soccer Warehouse, we are committed to getting your soccer gear to you quickly, safely, and reliably. Please review our shipping policy below for details on order processing and delivery.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after being placed.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Most products are in stock and ready to ship.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer multiple shipping options at checkout depending on your location and carrier availability.

Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout but are not guaranteed.

We may use carriers such as USPS, UPS, and/or FedEx depending on the shipment.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight
  • Package dimensions
  • Delivery location
  • Selected shipping method

Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or import fees.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment until delivery.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery.

Orders may only be changed or canceled before processing begins.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Shipping Restrictions

We ship to valid residential and commercial addresses.

Some restrictions may apply depending on carrier limitations or destination.

We do not guarantee delivery to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Split Shipments

In some cases, orders may ship in multiple packages due to product availability or warehouse location.

If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

Once a package has been handed to the carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping carrier.

However, we will assist with resolving shipping issues:

  • Damaged items must be reported within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging
  • Lost packages will be investigated with the carrier if not delivered within the expected timeframe
  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or your local carrier before contacting us

Delivery Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • High order volume
  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Holidays or peak seasons

These delays are outside of our control, but we will assist in tracking your order.

Shipping Liability

Once an order has been shipped and handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

However, we will do our best to assist in resolving any issues with the carrier.

Shipping estimates provided at checkout are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
